Pennsylvania sales tax of 8% is added to all orders within the state of Pennsylvania.
Items purchased in-store or online may be returned within 7 days (after arrival for online orders) for store credit or exchange only. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. Discounted merchandise are final sale. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Returned items must be in unused condition, original tags intact and in original packaging. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

36 Craven will process your online order within 1 to 3 business days and ship via UPS. Out of stock or backorder items will ship as we receive them. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note we do not ship to APO, FPO and P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
If you need to change shipping address after the item was shipped, you will be charged $10 for UPS intercept request. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be billed to your credit card.
Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis. We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.
